My New Blog

My Name is Allen Holt and I am a Certifited Real Estate Apprasier located in Crossville Tennessee on the Cumberland Plateau. I service a large area of rural counties where appraising is difficult to say the least. It seems that underwriters expect everyone in the USA to living a subdivision with a bunch of neighbors arounds where finding comparable property sales is easy. I work in areas where I am lucky to find 3 sales within the county the I can use in a  report. If you find yourself in this situation feel free to blog me and I will assist in any way I can. The HVCC has forced local banks to use apprasiers that do not know these areas and as a result there have been issues with values based on geographical compendency. I was born and raised around here and know the area very well. I look forward to hearing from anyone who has questions regading rural appraisal reports.
